About the Role

As a Room Attendant at the Sea Crest Beach Hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to guests. Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure rooms meet established standards.


Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards
  • Replenishing linens and towels
  • Setting up and breaking down guest amenities
  • Providing excellent customer service to guests
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and actively participate in initiatives to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.Deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
  • Be a willing team player, readily taking on additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Prioritize safety in all work tasks, wearing appropriate protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA regulations.
  • Step up to assist with house person and lobby attendant duties during staffing shortages or peak periods.
  • Alert management of guest room repair needs promptly and efficiently.Manage lost and found items in guest rooms according to established policy.
  • Contribute to a sustainable environment by adhering to the HHM EarthView program guidelines.


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English is required
