Job Positions Available
- SUPERINTENDENT CADRE:
- Superintendent of Immigration (SI) – Requires a degree in Medicine (MBBS) and NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
- Deputy Superintendent of Immigration (DSI) – Requires a degree in Pharmacy and NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
- Assistant Superintendent of Immigration II (ASI-2) – Requires a degree from a recognized institution and NYSC discharge certificate.
- INSPECTORATE CADRE:
- Senior Inspector of Immigration (SII) – Requires an HND and NYSC Discharge certificate.
- Senior Inspector of Immigration (SII) – Professionals (Nurse).
- Inspector of Immigration (II) – Professionals (Nurse).
- Assistant Inspector of Immigration (AI) – Requires NCE/ND from a recognized institution.
- ASSISTANT CADRE:
- Immigration Assistant III (IA-3) – General Duty, requires SSCE, NECO, or GCE O/Level with four (4) credits in English and Maths.
- Immigration Assistant III (IA-3) – Artisans and Drivers/Mechanics, requires Ordinary Level SSCE or equivalent with Trade Test certificates.

Nigeria Immigration Recruitment 2024 Registration Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian by birth.
- Have a National Identity Number.
- Be medically fit with a certificate from a government hospital.
- Pass a drug test.
- Have good character and no criminal record or affiliation with secret societies/cults.
- Be free from financial embarrassment.
- Be between 18-30 years old (except for Doctors and Pharmacists who must not be more than 35 years).
- Have a height of not less than 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.
- Have a chest measurement of not less than 0.87m for men.
- Be computer literate.
- Declare all certificates or qualifications during recruitment.
Applicants with any of the following physical challenges should not apply
- Speech impediment (stammer/dumb).
- Gross malformation of teeth.
- Knocked knees, bent knees, bow legs, or K-legs.
- Flat foot or limb legs.
- Bent arms/deformed hands/fracture.
- Defective eyesight (squint-eye, crossed eye, one-eyed, or total blindness).
- Amputation of any part of the body.
- Hearing impairment (deaf).
- Hunched back or obesity.
- Other unmentioned physical deformities.
- Pregnant women need not apply due to the rigorous physical exercise in the recruitment process.
