One participant, Francisco Noah, has had to stop going to work because he can’t afford transportation. Another participant, Usman Dantala, has only received payment for three months since he joined the program in October 2022.

In a recent update, the Honorable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Dr. Betta Edu, has provided encouraging news regarding the clearance of technical issues that have been hindering the timely disbursement of N-Power stipends.

Addressing N-Power beneficiaries during a celebration marking her first 100 days in office, Minister Dr. Betta Edu pledged that the payment backlog glitches are being actively addressed, paving the way for the imminent commencement of payments.
